In the summer’s hot market, many realtors are able to get full price/above ask offers in a very short period of time, so the fact that Paula helped us to do that is almost a given in this environment. But what was above and beyond was Paula’s extra effort to make that happen. She knew we wanted a quick close but had a current tenant in our rental property. She met with the tenant, built a relationship with her, and took her to multiple showings to find a new property for her family and pets. This allowed us to get the house on the market several weeks earlier than would have been possible without her assistance. She also put us in touch with a number of contractors who were courteous, provided timely communication and good rates, and completed their services quickly so we could list the house. When numerous businesses closed for Juneteenth unexpectedly, Paula was undeterred and found a way to get our brochures professionally printed for our Open House the next day. Finally, when we had an issue with a last minute HOA contingency that came up while we were on vacation, Paula personally drove out the house and addressed the issue with our fence that would have delayed our closing. Throughout the process she was always available to answer questions or to check in on status. When my wife and I started our home search in February 2008, Paula Keiper came highly recommended by my wife’s uncle, who was a top realtor in Maryland. When I first spoke to Paula, her excitable energy is infectious, which made it a joy to work with her.
