When I first spoke to Paula, her excitable energy is infectious, which made it a joy to work with her. Not only was the location well within my search zone, but the purchase price was settled exactly where I needed it to be to live comfortably in my new pad. Paula handled the transaction expertly and efficiently and really created a drama-free home purchase.

She helped us with our primary home and when it came to selling our house, she sold it for us as well. When we needed to sell the Investment home after years of having it and our son moved, we kept it and rented to people that run the place down. Paula helped us get the home fixed up and gave us help with contractors and what it took to get the home sold to include, deck repair, kitchen updates with new appliances and granite counters, refinished hardwood floors, new roof to fix leaks and had it patched and painted as well as new carpet in areas that weren’t hardwood. Finally, when we had an issue with a last minute HOA contingency that came up while we were on vacation, Paula personally drove out the house and addressed the issue with our fence that would have delayed our closing.
